The SunFest 2011 Committee are excited to be running this event for the second time. The 2010 event was a success and we have had a lot of response after the event asking us to run it again.

What a Festival, SunFest 2010 was a huge success. With over 30,000 people attending this years SunFest it was a fun weekend for all.

Stalls

 

The Sunbury Community Festival is Sunbury's largest community event. Stall holders are an important part and a large attraction to the Sunbury Community Festival.

 

Stalls have always been a major part of the Sunbury Community Festival. Since the first un-official tents were erected in 1976 by a group of Sunbury residents and then our first official stalls being erected the next year in 1977 as the Sunbury Fair we are more than ever carrying on this tradition.

 

Become a stall holder!

 

Becoming a stall holder is a worthwhile means of achieving public exposure and recognition whilst at the same time supporting the community. This two day event supports everyone in our community and the people we support in running this event will inturn support you as a stall holder.

 

One of the Sunbury Community Festival's big achievements is that 100% of funds raised are used to manage, coordinate and run this two day event. All committee members are volunteers and due to this no person is paid for their time - therefore the community benefits from any fees paid.

Power Requirements: A flat rate of $50.00 per site will be charged to you for the use of power.

 

All Stall Holders must provide some form of shelter (Marquee, Market Umbrella, Caravan etc) - Due to underground irrigation all Marquees used on the Village Green MUST be secured by a method other than large tent pegs. It is suggested stand alone style Marquees and Umbrellas be used instead or heavy water and/or sand containers.

 

Hire of Marques is available. If you are interested please contact our Stall Coordinator to book.
