Grand Street Parade and Torchlight Parade

Crowds line the street for our SunFest’s Grand Street Parade which marches up O’Shanassy Street lead by SunFest’s mascot Yindi. The Grand Street Parade celebrates our exceptional and diverse community featuring community groups, clubs, sporting groups, schools, businesses, emergency services and novelty acts with floats, displays, costumes, fun and laughter.  And the Sunbury Torchlight is a highlight of the SunFest calendar, seeing our communities’ CFA and other emergency service volunteers marching at dusk lit only by their traditional kerosene torches.
