SunFest’s Battle of the School Choirs is a joyful celebration of music, teamwork and young talent. Local primary school choirs take to the stage to share their voices in a supportive and encouraging environment, performing in front of family, friends and the wider community.

Held on Saturday morning during SunFest Weekend, the event brings schools together in the spirit of participation, confidence and fun. While there is friendly competition, the focus is on celebrating effort, creativity and school pride, with every school walking away a winner.

Join us and be part of SunFest’s Battle of the School Choirs and give your students the opportunity to step onto a major festival stage and represent their school as part of SunFest Weekend!
Participation is open to primary schools within the local area, with each school invited to enter a choir to take part in this much-loved event. Schools will compete for vouchers and bragging rights, while enjoying an experience designed to support students, teachers and families.
Schools interested in participating or seeking further information are invited to contact the SunFest Entertainment Team via email below.
Once registered, participating schools will receive further details closer to the event, including performance schedules, event guidelines and key information to assist with planning and preparation.
